Local Pickup Policy

Prefer to skip shipping and grab your order in person? We offer local pickup for eligible online orders at our downtown Drexel location.

How It Works

Place your order online and select Local Pickup at checkout if it is available for your items.

Please wait for your pickup notification before coming in. We’ll send you a message when your order is ready. This helps us make sure everything is pulled, checked, and ready for you.

What to Bring

When you arrive, please have your order confirmation ready, either printed or on your phone. We may also ask for a valid ID to help make sure the correct order goes to the correct person.

Pickup Timeframe

Please pick up your order within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your ready notification. Orders that are not picked up and do not have prior arrangements made may be cancelled or restocked.

If you need extra time or have a scheduling conflict, just reach out to us and we’ll do our best to work something out.
