We’re excited to offer preorders on upcoming sealed products and new releases. Please read through our preorder policy before placing your order so you know what to expect.

Payment

Preorders are charged in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise stated on the product listing. By placing a preorder, you are reserving your item and agreeing to the terms outlined on this page.

Release Dates

Release dates are set by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep customers informed of any significant delays, but we cannot guarantee specific release dates, ship dates, or arrival dates.

Orders with Mixed Items

If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless other arrangements are made.

If you need in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Allocation and Availability

Preorder availability is based on our expected allocation from distributors. In some cases, allocation changes, distributor delays, or product availability changes may affect our ability to fulfill all preorders.

If we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to allocation or distributor changes, we will contact you directly with available options, which may include a refund, store credit, exchange, or another available solution.

Cancellations

Preorders may have limited cancellation options depending on how close the release date is, the product ordered, and the status of our order with the distributor.

If you need to cancel a preorder, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case.
