Sleeved Up Collectibles operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience for trading cards, comics, collectibles, sealed products, singles, accessories, and related hobby items (the “Services”). Sleeved Up Collectibles is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Local Pickup Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We make every effort to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and condition information. However, colors, product appearance, packaging, and display may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings, lighting, manufacturer images, stock photos, or photography differences.

Sleeved Up Collectibles sells products including, but not limited to, trading cards, sealed trading card products, single cards, comics, graded cards, card accessories, playmats, binders, sleeves, top loaders, collectibles, toys, figures, and related hobby items.

Single cards, comics, graded cards, and collectibles are condition-sensitive items. We do our best to describe and represent condition accurately, but condition may be subjective. If you have questions about condition, please contact us before purchasing.

Sealed trading card products are sold as sealed products unless otherwise stated. Contents of sealed products are random unless specifically stated by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee specific pulls, card condition inside sealed products, pull rates, or contents beyond what is stated by the manufacturer.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities of products offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Sleeved Up Collectibles reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until Sleeved Up Collectibles confirms acceptance and processes payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, packed, shipped, or prepared for local pickup.

We may cancel or modify an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Inventory errors

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment issues

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Shipping address issues

  • Abuse of promotions, discounts, giveaways, or store policies

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email. You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, missed scans, incorrect shipping information, carrier errors, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Risk of loss may pass to you once the package is accepted by the carrier, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 6 - LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available for eligible online orders. Customers must wait for a pickup notification before arriving to pick up an order. We may require order confirmation and valid identification before releasing a pickup order.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be cancelled or restocked unless prior arrangements are made with us.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, card game names, character names, and slogans are the trademarks or property of their respective owners.

You may be provided access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or have input over all third-party tools.

Sleeved Up Collectibles is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Sleeved Up Collectibles.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Sleeved Up Collectibles, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Sleeved Up Collectibles.
