Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Contact Us First

Before sending anything back, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the best path forward. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Sealed Trading Card Products

Sealed products, including booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, booster packs, decks, bundles, and similar items, may be eligible for return if they are:

• Unopened and untampered with
• In the same condition as received
• Reported to us promptly after delivery

Opened sealed products are not eligible for return. Once a sealed product has been opened, we are unable to accept it back regardless of the contents. This includes booster packs, boxes, decks, bundles, and any other sealed items.

Singles, Comics & Collectibles

Single cards, comics, and collectibles are sold based on the condition listed at the time of purchase. Returns on these items may be limited.

We may accept a return if:

• The item received was materially different from what was listed
• The item was damaged due to a packaging issue on our end
• The wrong item was sent

If you have a concern about condition before purchasing, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide more photos or details when available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Review

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We’ll communicate with you throughout the process and work toward a fair resolution. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
